2. Grooming services

We will discuss any change in price with you before proceeding.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service for any animal whose behavior, health, or condition presents a risk to the pet, our staff, or other animals in our care.

3. SMS messaging terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from BarkSuds FishHawk.

• Program description. Appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, follow-ups, and — where separately consented to — promotional offers.
• Consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt in via a form on this website, verbally when booking, or by texting our number.
• Message frequency. Varies by your appointments and preferences.

4. Appointments & cancellations

Appointments are recommended and may be booked by phone, email, or through our website. Please give us at least [24 hours] notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may need to be shortened or rescheduled so we can stay on time for other clients. Pets must be picked up within [30 minutes] of the completion call.

6. Pet health & safety

Severely matted coats may require shaving to avoid injury; we will always discuss this with you first. Grooming can occasionally reveal pre-existing conditions such as skin irritation, lumps, or ear infections. We will inform you if we notice anything, but we are not veterinarians and do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

In an emergency, you authorize us to seek veterinary care for your pet at your expense if you cannot be reached.

7. Website use

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and the BarkSuds™ name, is our property or used under license and may not be reproduced without permission. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or impair it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BarkSuds FishHawk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a grooming appointment will not exceed the amount paid for that appointment.
